Listings look plentiful and promising.
However, informed Buyers will notice it’s not all it seems. In the Toronto core approximately 30% of these are re-listings from properties that did not sell on their first round. That doesn’t mean they aren’t good houses. Many are excellent. Sellers are holding for value and Buyers have been reticent.
