Buyers’ Choice

As the Covid Era trails behind us we are seeing a return to prices that were in place prior to the pandemic. There appears to be a reset to that time. The question is will we now see percentage changes year over year consistent with the trajectory of that time period?

Condo prices have plummeted but there is evidence they may have hit the bottom. The trend has not established yet but it appears if they fall it will not be dramatic at this time. Investors are beginning to buy the smaller suites. Once these are absorbed we will see a new vector, supply will plummet and prices will rise. Why? Builders have taken a pause and there is going to be a shortage.

Higher end freehold properties are not selling quickly but entry level and second level properties are moving.

For future sales…all eyes on the bank rate.
